The Logan Artist Elite Mat Cutter, Model 450-1 an economical 40½” mat cutting system with bevel and straight cutting capability. It includes a mat guide measuring system to allow for borders up to 5-1/2″ wide, a 90-degree squaring bar, quick release mat guide knobs, and scaled production stops.
