The Logan 450-1 Artist Elite Mat Cutter (formerly the Model 450-1 Intermediate Plus) is an economical 40½" mat cutting system with bevel and straight cutting capability. Includes mat guide measuring system to allow for borders up to 5-1/2" wide, a 90-degree squaring bar, quick release mat guide knobs, and scaled production stops. The artist mat cutter accepts standard 32"x40" mat board. Uses #270 blades. Includes five blades and full instructions. Price includes shipping.
