For cutting picture frame fillets up to 1/2″ thick. Easily cuts 45° angle and other angles up to 120°. Line up the fillet with the appropriate angle mark on the plate. Grip the handles and move the safety lock to the down position. Keeping fingers away from the blade, hold the fillet in place while firmly squeezing the cutter’s handles together.
